Bowker Motor Group — Preston EV charging
A commercial EV charging rollout for one of Lancashire's best-known motor groups, bringing public-facing charge points to their Preston site.
About the project
Bowker Motor Group invested in a major EV charging infrastructure programme across its Lancashire dealerships. Our team delivered the Preston phase, installing a mix of 22 kW and 50 kW charge points to support Bowker BMW and MINI customers.
The installation was designed around existing site constraints, available electrical capacity and the daily flow of customer vehicles. We handled the full process from initial survey and DNO coordination through to commissioning and handover.

Results
The Preston charge points went live in early 2024 and are now available for Bowker BMW and MINI customer use. The project was covered by the Lancashire Evening Post, highlighting the growing EV charging infrastructure in the Preston area.
